Elstar is a vibrant mix of fresh apple green and lime with subtle darker accents and occasional reddish-brown speckles. The bright base gets a bit of extra depth from the speckles, keeping the knitwork playful yet balanced.
This skein is dyed on my fingering weight base of superwash merino (mulesing-free) with bio nylon.

Beautiful stitch definition
This base is just a bit thicker than my current sock base. It still falls within fingering weight, but knits up a bit fuller and provides more body. This makes it perfect for extra-durable socks, as well as shawls, light sweaters, and accessories.
Stockinette stitch creates a vibrant, slightly variegated effect with subtle speckled accents.
This is the last skein. This color will not be dyed again. When it’s gone, it’s gone.
