Returns Exchanges without Hassle

Is your order not quite what you hoped for? No worries – you can return or exchange your unused items within 14 days of receipt. This applies to almost everything in the shop: from hand-dyed yarn 🧶 to spinning wool, stitch markers, and other crafting accessories ✨

The only items I don’t take back are personalized products (such as custom-dyed yarn), gift cards, and digital items – those are specially made for you or immediately usable 🎁📥

How does it work?
Let me know what you want to return via the contact page or email info@s7ors.nl. You’ll then receive a return link to send your package back for free 📦💌

Conditions
Ensure that the item is unused, in its original condition, and – if possible – in its original packaging. This way, I can make someone else happy with it 😊

Refund
As soon as I have received your return in good order, I will refund the purchase amount as quickly as possible via the original payment method.
