Circus – Fingering Merino with bamboo

Circus lives up to its name. A playful mix of coral, peach, sunny yellow, soft green, lilac, and bright blue. Colors that create a cheerful whole without becoming messy. It’s colorful, yet balanced.

This hand-dyed fingering weight yarn is made of superwash merino (mulesing-free) with bamboo and has a length of approx. 400 meters per skein. The merino provides softness, warmth, and resilience, while the bamboo adds a subtle sheen and a graceful drape.

This base is just slightly thicker than the sock weight yarn I currently use. It still falls into the fingering category but knits up a bit firmer and fuller. This makes it perfect for shawls, light sweaters, summer tops, or a pair of colorful socks with just a bit more body.

Due to the larger color sections, you get a lively, almost striped effect in stockinette stitch. In simple patterns or lace, the transitions show up beautifully. The mix of warm tones (coral, peach, yellow) and cooler accents (lilac, blue, green) makes for a real eye-catcher on your needles.

This is the last skein. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Re-dyeing on this base isn’t possible, so this is your only chance to get Circus in this blend.
