Black Forest – hand-dyed merino yarn in forest green

🌲 Deep green, mysterious and a little cuckoo – welcome to the forest ✨

Black Forest is inspired by the fairy-tale forest of the same name in southern Germany – where the pines stand tall, the paths crackle softly and you expect a gnome or cuckoo clock at any moment. The colors? Think moss green, pine needles and sunlight seeping between the branches. Soothing and lively at the same time.

The yarn is hand-dyed on a base of 75% superwash merino (19.5 microns, mulesing-free) and 25% nylon. Wonderfully soft on the skin, sturdy enough for everyday use. Perfect for socks, hats, sweaters or accessories with a little forest in each stitch.

🧶 Composition: 75% superwash merino, 25% nylon
🧶 Needle size: 2.25-3 mm (sock) or 3.5-4.5 mm (DK)
🧶 Texture: smooth, supple and with a fine twist
🧶 Running length: 400 m (sock) or 220 m (DK) per 100 g
