A roving flower isn’t a new botanical species. The horticulture sector doesn’t need to intervene just yet.

Each S7oRS Roving Flower is handcrafted from hand-dyed fibres and carefully selected colours. I dye them in small batches; so once they’re gone, they’re truly gone. The roving is rolled into a flower shape, but it’s simply meant for crafting: you can spin it or use it for felting. When spinning, you can follow the colours in sequence or first separate the flower and redistribute it. The fibres weren’t consulted on this.

No two handmade flowers are mathematically identical; the fibres haven’t subjected themselves to a size chart. For a one-off item, the photo shows the exact flower you’ll receive. For some colours, multiple almost identical flowers from the same dye pot are available. In that case, the photo shows the colour scheme and composition of that small batch; tiny differences may occur.

So, don’t just pick a colour family, but the actual flower or small dye pot you want to work with. Once a variation is sold out, the exact same one won’t return. Something new will grow in the studio later. No watering required.
