Dr. Lambie in practice

In a small village nestled between green hills, stone walls, and irresponsibly narrow country lanes, Dr. Lambie runs his practice.

His waiting room is visited by sheep, dogs, cats, ducks, and other patients who, according to their owners, “were acting completely normal yesterday.”

Dr. Lambie listens, examines, reassures, and where necessary, prescribes rest, fresh air, or an extra biscuit.

This Yarn Club takes you to his practice, the village, and the animals that live there. Expect rustic colors, warm wool, a touch of British atmosphere, and just enough village drama to keep things interesting.

Each edition consists of hand-dyed yarns that together form one small woolly world. The colors complement each other but are not intended as a strictly prescribed fade. You can use them together, work them separately, or save them until the right project comes along.

The schedule is advisory. The wool police hold office hours on Thursday afternoons.

• 3 full skeins

For a larger project, a generous shawl, a garment, or three skeins that already look perfectly happy side-by-side before you’ve even decided what they’ll become.

In addition to the yarn, you will receive a matching story and small details from the world of Dr. Lambie. Plus, of course, fun extras!

The club is a surprise. The atmosphere and theme are known in advance, but the exact colors are not.
