Plum Harvest is a warm mix of soft yellow, creamy mustard, dusty rose, and deep plum and berry tones. The colors blend into larger sections, creating a vibrant yet harmonious look in your knitting. It’s a combination of soft and rich, with just enough contrast to stay interesting.
This hand-dyed fingering weight yarn is made from superwash merino (mulesing-free) with bamboo and has a length of approx. 400 meters per skein. The merino provides softness and elasticity, while the bamboo adds a subtle sheen and a supple drape.
This base is just a bit thicker than the sock weight yarn I currently use. It still falls within fingering weight but knits up a bit fuller. Perfect for shawls, light sweaters, cardigans, or a pair of socks with some extra body.
The combination of warm yellow, pink, and deep purple nuances creates a playful, almost striped effect in stockinette stitch. In simple patterns, the color blocks are clearly visible. Pair it with cream or a muted plum shade for a beautiful balance.
There are three skeins left and these are the last ones. Re-dyeing on this base is not possible. When it’s gone, it’s gone.
A hand-dyed fingering skein with warm yellow and pink tones and deep plum accents – bold yet very wearable. 🧶
