This hand-dyed sock yarn is inspired by the small desert mouse from Dune: the Muaddib. In the story, this clever, nocturnal creature is not only admired for its survival skills in the desert but also becomes the symbol of a legendary leader. Like the mouse, this yarn is subtle, resilient, and surprising.

The color scheme reflects the sand tones of Arrakis, with traces of stone, sun, and the lightest purple of a setting desert sun. And as if the yarn itself was touched by stardust, it sparkles thanks to the addition of gold Stellina.

Made of 75% mulesing-free superwash Merino, 20% nylon and 5% Stellina, this yarn is not only beautiful but also strong and skin-friendly – perfect for socks, accessories, or other lightly glittering projects.
