In this logbook, previous Yarn Clubs are given a permanent home. Every edition started with its own colour idea, story and collection of yarns. Feel free to look around; the logbook grows as soon as a next chapter is completed.
April Yarn Club

April 2025 · completed edition
The old-fashioned Dutch sweet shop

June 2025 · completed edition
The June Mystery Yarn Club took its inspiration from the old-fashioned Dutch sweet shop. There were minis, sock sets and larger skeins on sock yarn or DK; plenty of choice for those who prefer to look at the colours before the label.
The Kitchen Garden

July 2025 · completed edition
The Kitchen Garden was the festive edition celebrating the first year of the Yarn Club. Ripe tomatoes, peppers, basil and flowering borders formed the starting point for summery kitchen garden colours in hand-dyed yarn.
A birthday with vegetables as a colour chart. At least that saves on washing up a cake plate.
Gelato

August 2025 · completed edition
Gelato took its inspiration from an Italian gelateria: creamy pastels, fresh fruit tones and gradients reminiscent of lemon and raspberry ice cream. The colours were intended for projects where different skeins could work side by side.
This edition also included a fridge magnet, stitch marker, stickers and tea. A practical package, apart from the tea: that was mainly for a bit of peace and quiet.
Birthday Party

September 2025 · completed edition
Birthday Party revolved around festive colours reminiscent of confetti, cake icing and party dresses. The edition was available in various sets and weights, including stickers, a stitch marker and tea in the package.
Autumn in the Fairytale Forest

October 2025 · completed edition
This October edition began with warm forest colours: pumpkin orange, acorn brown, berry red, misty purple and a hint of green. A fairytale forest formed the story around it; the yarns were there for socks, hats and scarves.
Apparently, autumn provides a remarkably useful colour palette.
Japan

November 2025 · completed edition
Japan brought together various contrasts: the lights of Tokyo, classic Japanese prints, Mount Fuji, sushi, kimonos and bamboo forests. The colours ranged from bright neon to calm mountain landscapes.
Desserts & Tea

December 2025 · completed edition
For Desserts & Tea, we looked at vlaflip, chocolate pudding with whipped cream, vanilla custard and stewed pears. Yellow, pink and red were joined by sweet, creamy and warm tones. Having tea with it was no unnecessary luxury.
Winterglow

January 2026 · completed edition
Winterglow was about contrast: soft caramel, powder pink and golden yellow alongside icy blue and lavender grey. The club was sent out in early January; colours from this edition later appeared as individual skeins.
Birds

February 2026 · completed edition
The February Yarn Club took birds as its starting point, from kingfisher to raven. Iridescent blue, feather grey, deep green and chestnut brown formed a collection of colours for knitting and crochet.
Radagast the Brown

July 2026 · completed edition
Radagast the Brown took its inspiration from the forest, feathers, moss, tree bark and acorns. Six exclusive colours were dyed for the edition; warm earth tones and forest green were given space alongside an unexpected colour. A forest walk without the mud on your socks.
