🧶 Tour de Fleece 2025 – Special Yarnbox for Knitters, Crocheters, and Weavers! 🚴♀️
On July 5, 2025, the 112th edition of the Tour de France will begin. But for makers around the world, it also marks the start of the Tour de Fleece!
The Tour de Fleece is an annual creative event that runs parallel to the Tour de France. While the cyclists spin their wheels, spinners turn their spinning wheels, and we knitters, crocheters, and weavers let our threads glide through our fingers. From July 5 to July 27, we knit, crochet, or weave daily — just for fun or to challenge ourselves.
Especially for this event, I have put together a mystery yarnbox containing:
🎨 21 hand-dyed mini skeins of 20 grams – one for each stage
🧶 2 large skeins of 100 grams, for when you really want to make meters
💌 And of course: nice surprises and extras that make every day a party!
The yarns are dyed on a super soft superwash Merino with 20% nylon. You can choose between sock yarn or DK — whichever best suits your project.
And the colors? Well … that remains a surprise, but to give you a hint; think of the warm colors of the French countryside. Mauve, lilac, sage …
