When will my order be shipped?

Items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours.
I process all orders myself, alongside my job and family – so occasionally it might take a little longer. Need something quickly? Just send me a message and I’ll do my best to help!

Delivery times

What if something is on backorder?

Does an item say it is on backorder (backorder)? Then I still have to make it or paint it. Usually this is possible within 2 days, but to be on the safe side, please allow up to one week for delivery.

What about pre-order items?

You can order pre-order products together with other items.
Just keep in mind: your whole order will be shipped once the pre-order items are ready.
Prefer not to wait? Then placing separate orders is the best option.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address. But to give you an idea: Within the Netherlands, shipping usually costs €5.99. Some products fit in a letterbox package, then the cost is only €4.25. Shipping to Europe usually costs €9.99.

But of course, the best thing is no shipping costs! Therefore:

Free shipping to the Netherlands and Europe on orders over €50.00!

The webshop currently ships to Europe and the United Kingdom.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped with PostNL from the Netherlands.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a track & trace link so you can follow your shipment.
