Details

These lovely ocean inspired rolags are hand blend and carded on a drum carder. The used fibres are merino wool, sari silk, faux angora, silk threads and angelina glitter. Rolags are ideal for spinning. In the pictures you can see a core spun yarn, spun out of the same batch.

Rolags are used to spin a woolen yarn. This type of yarn is fuzzy, soft, airy and light weight. The yarn is ideal for knitting, crochet and weaving, but not suitable for embroidery. Rolags are also very suitable to use when you want to spin a nicely balanced slub single.

Of course, the rolags are produced in a smoke free environment.

You'll recieve 50 grams or 1,76 Ounce of fibre.

As a graphic designer I learned to play with colours and textures. I love to tranlate that knowledge to my fibre art. I love to 'paint' with fibre. I hope to inspire people to bring some colour in their projects.

If you like I can also customise a fibre blend for your personal needs.
