The bright base gets a bit of extra depth from the speckles, keeping the knitwork playful yet balanced. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"557\">This skein is dyed on my <strong data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"554\">fingering weight base of superwash merino (mulesing-free) with bio nylon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"558\" data-end=\"666\">\n<li data-start=\"558\" data-end=\"575\">\n<p data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"575\">Approx. 400 m<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"601\">\n<p data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"601\">Soft and bouncy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"602\" data-end=\"641\">\n<p data-start=\"604\" data-end=\"641\">Extra durability thanks to the bio nylon<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"642\" data-end=\"666\">\n<p data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"666\">Beautiful stitch definition<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"668\" data-end=\"941\">This base is <strong data-start=\"682\" data-end=\"728\">just a bit thicker than my current sock base<\/strong>. It still falls within fingering weight, but knits up a bit fuller and provides more body. This makes it perfect for extra-durable socks, as well as shawls, light sweaters, and accessories.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"943\" data-end=\"1028\">Stockinette stitch creates a vibrant, slightly variegated effect with subtle speckled accents.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1030\" data-end=\"1107\">This is <strong data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"1058\">the last skein<\/strong>. This color will not be dyed again.
