When will my order be shipped?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours.I process all orders myself, alongside my job and family \u2013 so occasionally it might take a little longer. Need something quickly? Just send me a message and I\u2019ll do my best to help! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What if something is on backorder?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Does an item say it is on backorder<\/em> (backorder)? Then I still have to make it or paint it. Usually this is possible within 2 days, but to be on the safe side, please allow up to one week for delivery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What about pre-order items?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can order pre-order products together with other items.Just keep in mind: your whole order will be shipped once the pre-order items are ready.<\/strong>Prefer not to wait? Then placing separate orders is the best option. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping costs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address. But to give you an idea: Within the Netherlands, shipping usually costs \u20ac5.99. Some products fit in a letterbox package, then the cost is only \u20ac4.25. Shipping to Europe usually costs \u20ac9.99. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But of course, the best thing is no shipping costs! Therefore: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
