No worries \u2013 you can return or exchange your unused items within 14 days of receipt. This applies to almost everything in the shop: from hand-dyed yarn \ud83e\uddf6 to spinning wool, stitch markers, and other crafting accessories \u2728  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The only items I don&#8217;t take back are personalised products (such as custom-dyed yarn), gift cards, and digital items \u2013 those are specially made for you or immediately usable \ud83c\udf81\ud83d\udce5<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How does it work?<\/strong><br\/>Let me know what you want to return via the <a href=\"https:\/\/s7ors.nl\/en\/contact\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2805\">contact page<\/a> or email <a>info@s7ors.nl<\/a>. You&#8217;ll then receive a return link from PostNL to send your package back for free \ud83d\udce6\ud83d\udc8c <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conditions<\/strong><br\/>Ensure that the item is unused, in its original condition, and \u2013 if possible \u2013 in its original packaging.
